Artichoke, Pine Nut and Black Olive Pizza

  1. Quarter the artichokes and slice the olives.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the base, then top with the cheeses, followed by the artichokes.
  3. Bake the pizza at 220°C/430°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese has coloured around the edges.
  4. While pizza is cooking toast the pine nuts in oven until golden brown.
  5. When pizza is ready, top with toasted pine nuts, sliced olives, pesto and rocket.
