Barbecued Fennel

  1. Grill fennel until blackened then wrap in foil to cook through.
  2. Roast nuts and seeds separately.
  3. Arrange grilled fennel in a pile and coat with raspberry vinegar, then all nuts and seeds, retaining 10g of macadamias.
  4. Finely grate macadamias on top to finish.
