Bbq Glazed Celeriac

Serves 4

  1. Smother the celeriac with bbq spice.
  2. Wrap in foil and slow cook over the barbecue for 2 hours or in the oven at 160°C until soft in the centre.
  3. Toast oats then mix with puffed grains and ground almonds.
  4. When celeriac is cooked, thinly slice and top with puffed grain granola.
