Chickpea & Freekeh Salad

Chickpea Freekeh Salad



1. Boil the freekeh in salted water then simmer for 25 minutes until tender.
2. Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan for two minutes, then blend with tahini, lemon and salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and arrange as shown.
