Dry Wok Heura Chicken, Lotus Root, Peanuts and Yellow Beans

Dry Wok Heura Chicken Recipe Shot



  1. Cut all vegetables into pieces the same size as the prepared green beans.
  2. In a hot wok add a splash of peanut oil, then the Heura chicken and fry until coloured.
  3. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Season with yellow bean sauce and black rice wine vinegar.
  5. Add soy sauce if more seasoning is needed.
