Four Cheese Pizza

  1. Defrost dough ball in a fridge for at least 12 hours and allow to come to room temperature for 2 hours.
  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough ball into a 30cm round.
  3. Cover to within 2cm of the rim with passata.
  4. Cover with the 4 cheeses and bake at 220°C for 8-10 minutes until the pizza has char marks and the cheese is all melted.
  5. Finish with torn basil leaves.
