Heura Chicken And Freekeh Buddha Bowl Recipeshot



  1. Bring 1 litre water to the boil and stir in vegan bouillon.
  2. Add freekeh and bring back to the boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Blanch vegetables separately in salted water.
  4. Pan fry Heura chicken in a little oil for 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
  5. Arrange ingredients as shown finishing with dukkha and harissa spice.
