Ingredients

Method

  1. Place rice in a saucepan with 480ml water.
  2. Bring to the boil, then slow simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on, until fluffy.
  3. Pan fry Heura chicken in a little oil for 4 minutes each side until golden brown, then add Thai spice.
  4. Blanch kale, mushrooms and peppers for 1 minute.
  5. Arrange in a bowl with warm rice at the base, then top with Heura chicken and vegetables as shown.
