Ingredients

Method

  1. Make up bouillon with 500ml boiling water.
  2. Heat the olive oil and cook finely diced onions until soft.
  3. Add rice, paprika, saffron and bay leaf and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add wine and cook until evaporated.
  5. Stir in bouillon and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. In a separate pan fry the chicken pieces and the Shrimpz.
  7. Add the chicken and the Shrimpz to the rice with the peas and stir through.
  8. Cook for a further 5 minutes until rice is tender.
  9. Finish with spring onions and lemon juice.
