Indonesian Vegan Chilli Squid Rings

Serves 4

  1. Steam rice for 15 minutes until fluffy.
  2. Finely slice red chillies.
  3. Deep fry Kalamariz for 3 minutes until crisp.
  4. With the rice as a base, top with Kalamariz, then sauce, chillies and coriander.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of shichimi powder.
