Ingredients

Method

  1. Make up 1 litre vegetable bouillon.
  2. Mix cornflour with 50ml cold water.
  3. Boil bouillon then whisk in cornflour mix and simmer for 5 minutes until flour is cooked.
  4. Toast all spices then grind.
  5. Soften onions in a little oil then add spices and peppers.
  6. Pan fry Heura chicken pieces until well coloured and add to the peppers.
  7. Add liquid and bring to the boil.
  8. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
  9. Finish with chopped parsley and puffed millet.
