Omnipork Sausage Roll

Serves 4

  1. Blend Zero Egg with 200ml cold water and 10ml vegetable oil and refrigerate.
  2. Finely dice onion and slowly sweat in a pan with sunflower oil, without colouring.
  3. Add Omnipork mince, miso, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and a pinch of salt.
  4. Roll into pastry and seal with Zero Egg mix, freeze.
  5. When pastry has frozen, glaze with Zero Egg mix and repeat 2 more times.
  6. Remove from the freezer, glaze one final time and sprinkle with seeds.
  7. Bake at 150°C for approximately 45 minutes, until the pastry is cooked and golden brown.
