Plant Based Sushi Set

  1. Steam the sushi rice for 18 minutes and season with the sushi seasoning.
  2. First make the California roll by laying the nori on a sushi mat. Then add rice, avocado, and any other fillings of your choice.
  3. Add the zalmon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, roll tightly and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Lastly make the nigiri by making an oblong rice ball. Tips for making an oblong rice ball: Using two fingers on your right hand, squash the rice into your left palm and roll until you get an oblong shape.
  5. Top with wasabi and a thin slice of zalmon, then use a thin ribbon of nori to tie it together.
  6. Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce and sushi mayo on the side.
