Posh Sausage and Mash

Serves 4

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes then mash into hot oat milk and Koko spread.
  2. Add 400ml boiling water to the gravy granules and mix well.
  3. Fry sausages in a pan until well coloured, then add gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Chop the leeks into thin strips and coat in cornflour, then deep fry until crisp.
  5. Arrange as shown.
