Quarter Pounder Burger

  1. Mix the ingredients for the remoulade together and season to taste.
  2. For the ketchup, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Heat a pan grill on the heat. Brush the burgers with a little oil, place on the hot grill along with the red onion slices and grill for 4-5 minutes.
  4. To serve, place some lettuce on the burger bun bases, then top with a nice pile of the celery remoulade.
  5. Lay a tomato slice on top, followed by a cooked burger.
  6. Top with some virgin mary ketchup then top with some grilled red onions.
  7. Close the burger and lightly press down to compress it together.
  8. Serve immediately with a side of French fries.
