Sgaia Meat Feast Pizza

Serves 1




  1. Mix the yeast with the warm water and a pinch of caster sugar and leave in a warm place to activate.
  2. In a stand mixer add the flour, olive oil and salt and mix together for 1 minutes before adding the yeast mix.
  3. Continue to mix on a low speed for 5 minutes until gluten has developed and the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl in a ball.
  4. Leave dough in a covered bowl to double in size.
  5. Make into an even ball and leave covered in the fridge overnight.
  6. Roll out dough thinly into a round pizza shape.
  7. Blend together tomatoes and BBQ sauce.
  8. Spread sauce on prepared base, add the meats and mozzarisella cheese and bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
  9. Top with sliced peppers and cheeze sauce.
