Turnip, Crispy Seitan & Cider Gratin

  1. Peel and thinly slice vegetables.
  2. Heat cream and cider with garlic and plenty of salt.
  3. Finely grate seitan.
  4. Layer all ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, and bake for 90 minutes at 180°C covered in foil.
  5. Remove foil, add breadcrumbs and cook for 15 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
