Indian Tofu is made with a blend of 11 spices which are perfectly balanced to create a delicious tofu, ready to go in many South Asian dishes. Once opened, keep refrigerated in liquid and use within 48 hours.
Chef says
Dice and add straight into curries, especially tikka masala or madras where the tofu spices will be enhanced by slow cooking. Fold straight into a bhaji mix with chickpea flour and thinly sliced onions then fry for 3 minutes for a great street food snack.
